We are in the midst of a grand time of change within humanity. It is time to choose and express what we want to create in our lives. In many ways, it is now time to take back our power and recognise our sovereignty and responsibility to ourselves and the world around us.

My work, play and passion revolves around healing, shadow work, creativity and music. I have been on a pathway of conscious exploration for many years, and whilst I am no expert, I am always willing to dive in and do the work. My website provides the hub for healing sessions and writing workshops as well as my own creative projects, books and music.

People around the world are awakening and finding their own voice. There has been no better time to explore our truth and decide who we want to be. I believe that humanity is capable of great things. That love is at the heart of who we are. I feel that the ability to create whatever we dream of is our greatest gift.
